Farm Man Challenge & 5K Run/Walk
Sure, you’ve competed in 5K runs in the city, on nice level pavement, and maybe you encountered a hill or two. But do you have what it takes to compete cross country on REAL dirt, through a corn maze, over REAL hills, and hurdle a few “cropstacles” all while dodging cow patty “landmines’?
Come out and test your skills to see if you have what it takes to conquer the Farm Man Challenge & 5K Run/Walk and benefit for St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
The fun starts at 8am Sept. 17, 2011 with a 5K Run/Walk through a beautiful, paved, rural setting (mostly shady!) followed by the Farm Man Challenge at 9am. The Farm Man Challenge course takes place entirely on the farm and is guaranteed to be an event to remember. Families and groups of 4 or more are encouraged to dress in costume or other attire that identifies their team and shows their team spirit!
