The Little Red Hen Bakery on the farm is  OPEN and baking delicious homemade cakes, pies, cookies, custom made gift baskets and so much more!  Burnt sugar caramel cakes  and MILE HIGH meringue pies in a flaky homemade crust, all just like Grandma used to make.  Here’s a sample menu and prices, but feel free to call anytime for more info.

Caramel Cake – 3 layers of moist, made from scratch, yellow cake and smooth, rich, slow cooked burnt sugar caramel icing.   $35   (2 layer available for $29)

Mile High Meringue Pie – either chocolate or coconut (Grandma’s recipe)$18 in a 9″ flakey, homemade crust – $18

Pecan Pie – NOT YOUR ORDINARY Pecan Pie.  This is The Little Red Hen’s Special Recipe that’s the best you’ve ever tasted!  9″ – $20 or$22 with Bourbon Sauce

Bread Pudding Made from a secret family recipe, this dessert took first place in a state competition.  New Orleans style with a secret sauce.  12-15 servings- $25   or 25-30 servings – $30  Also available in the following flavors – Godiva Chocolate, Peach and Praline, and Daddy’s Moonshine.

Chocolate Pecan Toffee – made fresh daily, $2.50 for 1/4 pound

Strawberry Cake – Luscious traditional 3 layer strawberry cake with strawberry icing.  $25

Strawberries and Cream Cake – Real whipped cream and strawberry filling sandwiched between 3 from scratch yellow cake layers that have been infused with a special strawberry sauce and topped with strawberry cream cheese icing.  A best seller! $29

Italian Cream  Cake – 3 layer cake with toasted pecans and coconut and iced with cream cheese and pecan frosting. – $25

Pound Cakes – Southern Classic Buttermilk or Cream Cheese – $25

Coconut Cake - Grandma’s recipe makes this traditional Southern treat extra special.   3 layers of made from scratch yellow cake drenched in hot coconut and butter sauce and topped with a fluffy icing and showered with coconut. –  $25

Nana’s Chocolate and Cream Cake – Real whipped cream and rich chocolate icing between 3 dark chocolate layers – $29
