About the Farm

The old farmhouse has been here for 103 years.

Remember visiting Grandma’s or Great-Grandma’s farm when you were a kid?  We sure have great memories of those days, so we searched high and low until we found the perfect farm to recreate those same memories for a whole new generation.

Located just a short drive from Oxford, Batesville and Grenada, MS is a beautiful little southern town called Water Valley that lives up to it’s motto – “Simply Charming” and just two miles west of Water Valley you’ll find  Fiddlin’ Rooster Farm.

This “Grandma’s farm” is complete with a 103 yr. old restored farmhouse (don’t spill your marbles on these floors or you’ll never find them!) an old two story barn that begs to be explored, two ponds stocked with large mouth bass, a vegetable garden, a kitchen garden (near the kitchen, of course!) a fruit orchard, a large crop of of very interesting corn, and home to a menagerie of animals.

Come see the animals, take a walk through the cornfield, the woods or ride on the hayride if you prefer.  We welcome you to come enjoy the outdoors, play, laugh and create your own happy memories at Fiddlin’ Rooster Farm.
